- However, allow up to 2 hours for processing during active office hours.
Office Hours for Credit Loading
Credits are only added during the following times:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30
- Friday: 08:00 – 13:00
- Weekends and public holidays: No credits are loaded

- Plan ahead: Always purchase credits before running a campaign, especially outside office hours.
