How to Hide an Unused Newsletter Template

If your templates list is becoming cluttered with designs you no longer use, you can hide them instead of deleting. This keeps your workspace clean while allowing you to retrieve the template later if needed.

How to Hide an Unused Template

To hide a template from your active list:

1. Log in to your BulkMail account.
2. Navigate to the Templates section from the main menu.
3. Find and open the overview of the template you want to hide.
4. In the top right corner, click the three vertical dots next to either Edit Template or Send Campaign.
5. From the dropdown menu, select Hide Template.

Once hidden, the template will no longer appear in your main template view but is still stored securely in your account.

How to Find and Unhide a Hidden Template

If you need to reuse a hidden template in the future, you can easily unhide it using the filters.

Steps to Unhide a Template

1. Log in to your BulkMail account.
2. Go to the Templates section.
3. Click on Filter at the top of the template list.
4. Select Show additional filters to expand all filter options.
5. From the filter options, choose Hidden to reveal hidden templates.
6. Open the template you want to restore.
7. In the top right corner, click the three vertical dots next to Edit Template or Send Campaign.
8. Choose Unhide Template from the dropdown.

The template will now be visible in your regular template list and ready to use again.
